What is WPT™?
WPT™ is a minimally invasive method for treating periodontal disease utilizing Nd:YAG and Er:YAG laser energy with the PowerLase® AT.
How does it work?
WPT™ creates the optimal conditions for healing of periodontal disease by removing the diseased epithelial lining of the periodontal pocket, removing calculus from the root surface and sealing the pocket after treatment with a stable fibrin clot.
